Welcome to

Board Repair

We are an independent network organized by and for people of color to create a more effective nonprofit sector by increasing participation of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color on boards and committees in the Twin Cities.

Board Repair is run by and for people of color. To participate as an individual, we ask that you identify as a person of color, and based on what works for YOU, attend events and trainings, contribute your energy and leadership, and be supportive of others. For those of you seeking to join or newly on a board or committee, our goal is to support you in that journey. If you have nonprofit board experience and networks to share, we welcome your participation as well.
