Board Repair’s role is to provide a platform for prospective board/committee members of color to connect to nonprofit organizations with board openings. The responsibility of choosing one another lies with both parties.

If you are an individual looking for a board to join, see the current board listing.

If you are a nonprofit organization with openings, we ask that (if you and a prospective board member decide there is a mutual fit) you agree to designate a board buddy to advise and help guide the new board member.

To submit a board/committee opening, please fill out this form
