Asian American Organizing Project (AAOP)

Asian American Organizing Project (AAOP) is a non-partisan civic engagement organization founded in 2013 by a diverse group of young Asian American community organizers to lead, sustain, and cultivate grassroots organizing in the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community in Minnesota.

Public, Societal Benefit

AAOP is seeking individuals committed to advancing the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community through grassroots organizing with a comprehensive approach to addressing AAPI barriers and issues in Minnesota. Skills such as fundraising, community engagement and experience in civic engagement or civic education are appreciated.

Board members commit 4-6 hours per month to AAOP work and serve a 2-year term.
