We are in need of people with any of the following expertise:
-banking, investments, & trusts
-business/corporate
-grant making
-legal
-IT
We are in need of people that identify as:
-Native/Indigenous
-Latin@
-GLBTQIA
-Arab-American

Requirements of the new board member Board's Primary Functions

Working board with the following requirments:
-Attend monthly board meetings
-Attend special sessions, as scheduled
-Serve up to two three-year terms, except as otherwise noted for board appointed seats
-Be a financial contributor to Intermedia Arts, at a level significant to board member and within each twelve month period of service
-Serve on, at least, one standing committee (Governance, Internal, External) of Intermedia Arts.
