Kulture Klub Collaborative (KKC) engages art and artistic practice to provide enriching opportunities for youth experiencing homelessness and artists to grow individually and to transform community.

Skills that would be an added value to KKC are: donor cultivation, financial acumen, fundraising, communications, and strategic thinking. Lived experiences (ie: homelessness or housing instability, impacted by the criminal justice system, artistic practice as a means of healing) and identities that align with those of our participants and artists (ie: BIPOC, LGBTQ, young parents) are helpful for authentic interactions with the organization.
KKC is proud to have 100% participation of board giving at levels that feel meaningful to each individual. Though not a requirement, board giving is highly encouraged. KKC is also an anti-racist and abolitionist organization, signing on to participate in the organization's leadership means it is required to commit to these practices.
Kulture Klub Collaborative's board is a working board. The expectation is that board members participate in a monthly board meeting and at least one committee: finance, executive, development/fundraising, board development.Crystal Brinkman
