We are looking for board members at-large as well as with skills/experience in marketing as well as governance.
We are asking our members to get or give between $1000-1500, though the amount is not a requirement because we still ask quite a bit of our working(ish) board.
For the past two years, the Board of Directors has functioned as a working board and all members assumed multiple responsibilities. The focus of the current Board will be transitioning from day-to-day operations into long-term sustainability and planning. MiMS currently has one part-time Executive Director that answers to the Board.Jana Huffman
