Fundraising, donor development, (theater) performance, nonprofit accounting, human resources, marketing, public relations and special events coordination.
Board members are expected to give a financial gift of personal significance to the organization, attend 80% of monthly meetings, participate in committee work, and participate in special event functions.
Fringe trustees are guardians of the organization who ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements while also enforcing ethical guidelines. All policy decisions made by the governing board are within the parameters and uphold the principles of the mission and vision while considering impact on constituents. Members are expected to use their talents and resources in support of Fringe through financial contributions, volunteerism, and/or professional expertise.Kathy Kim
