Open Cities Health Center

Open Cities Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Cities serving roughly 10,000 patients annually, despite their insurance status, immigration status, or ability to pay. Our mission is to provide culturally tailored primary and preventive health care to the high-risk and vulnerable populations in our community.

Board members are expected to attend 12 board meetings per year. They are expected to read board materials in advance of board meetings and to come prepared to ask questions and participate in discussions.

Governance, evaluating organizational policy, long-range planning, and ensuring fiscal accountability.
