Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation

To foster a sense of community, pride, belonging and connectedness by celebrating Saint Paul’s unique history and emerging heritage through fun and educational experiences. We produce the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and West Side Cinco de Mayo celebrations.

Arts, Culture and Humanities

Community connectedness is a primary area we are looking to grow in, as well as creating experiences for the community that aligns with cultural experiences.

Board members should expect to attend one full board meeting a month as well as committee meetings. Leading up to and during festivals, there will be opportunities to organize and staff events. The financial commitment of board members is $400 per year in addition to maintaining a membership in the SPFHF at a level comfortable to you. Financial assistance may be available on an individual basis.

We are a working board - members advise and guide the organization and take on tasks that help make our festivals successful.
