Mentor BIPOC to have effective and meaningful nonprofit board experiences.
Hold space for BIPOC individuals to share lived experiences and inspire action.
What We Do
Board Repair focuses on efforts that support our individual community members.
Facilitate trainings to prepare BIPOC individuals for nonprofit service.
Host networking events to share strategies and build community.
Provide resources on nonprofit board service.
Collect and share information on open board positions, including a Board Recruitment Fair.
Host a Community Area on our website, including a Community Directory.
In support of our community, Board Repair acts as a connector to introduce BIPOC to new board service opportunities by hosting a board opening directory on our website, providing resources through our newsletter, and hosting board recruitment events.
